Returns Policy
Due to the nature of food products and strict hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or partially consumed items.
However, we gladly accept returns for unopened, fully sealed products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our team within this 14-day window with your order number. Please note that return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will investigate and arrange a free replacement or a full refund where appropriate. We will cover any return shipping costs required for defective or incorrect items.
Refund Processing Once an approved return is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
